Gather your family, friends, or coworkers for a private charcuterie class! We bring the tools and ingredients, and all you will need to provide is the wine.
This class is one (1) hour in duration, and we will teach your guests how to assemble their own professional charcuterie board. Working with a variety of cheeses, meats, and fruit, everyone will learn how to create a salami rose, carve fruit, and pair colors for a visually balanced board.
