Q: What's your cancellation policy? A: If your order is canceled 5 days prior to the delivery date, a full refund will be provided. If your order is canceled 2-4 days prior to the delivery date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. Day before and day of cancellations are ineligible for a refund.
Q: Do you deliver? A: Yes! We deliver to all addresses within 20 miles of El Dorado Hills, CA. Delivery to addresses within 10 miles of EDH are completely free. You can input your delivery details at checkout.
Q: Will I have to refrigerate my order when it arrives? A: Yes. To keep the product fresh, we advise that you keep it in the refrigerator (or a cooler) and remove it to warm to room temperature, 20 minutes before serving.
Q: How far in advance should I place an order? A: We recommend placing large orders, such as grazing tables at least 2 weeks prior to the event date to ensure we can accommodate your order. For all other boards, we ask that you place the order at least 2 days in advance.
