Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What's your cancellation policy? A: If your order is canceled 5 days prior to the delivery date, a full refund will be provided. If your order is canceled 2-4 days prior to the delivery date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. Day before and day of cancellations are ineligible for a refund.
Q: Do you deliver? A: Yes! We deliver to all addresses within 20 miles of Rancho Cordova, CA. You can input your delivery details at checkout.
Q: Will I have to refrigerate my order when it arrives? A: Yes. To keep the product fresh, we advise that you keep it in the refrigerator (or a cooler) and remove it to warm to room temperature, 20 minutes before serving.
Q: How far in advance should I place an order? A: We recommend placing large/high volume orders at least 2 weeks prior to the event date to ensure we can accommodate your order. For all other boards, we ask that you place the order at least 2 days in advance.
